Randstad are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join Liverpool City Council's Audit and Quality Assurance team as a Audit and Quality Assurance Officer. This is a full time role, offering £45 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Have a good understanding of what good social work practice looks like and be passionate about systemic and relational based practice models.
- This role does not have any line management responsibility but does require an ability to work as part of a QA team, work with Social Care teams and also autonomously, demonstrating an ability to use initiative and experience to deliver a positive Quality Assurance system.
- Collaborative auditing.
- Facilitating live audits.
- Coaching and mentoring.
- Producing high quality reports and action plans.
- Delivering bite-sized learning opportunities and supporting our "Care, Inspire, Thrive Children's Workforce Academy".
- Liverpool are currently adopting the Family Safeguarding Model and we would be particularly keen to welcome applications from practitioners experienced in this model.
Requirements:
- Social Work England Registration
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS
Experience:
- Children
- Team Manager and/or QA/Practice Improvement
